Can I ask how much you have lost please?

hello,
I am peeping my head round the door from the cambridge diet forum.I did cd last year and lost 4.5st but went on to putting it all back on!Have been back on CD for 5weeks and lost almost 2st but I just can't stick to SS and end up nibbeling so decided to go on a higher calorie programe (either 790 or 1000),have just been in a local store and they are selling slim fast ready made 5 for £1 and I'm wondering about switching to this as appose to CD as the principles are the same I think if you are eating.
May I ask what your weight loss has been in average please?I do swim a few times a week and am planning on fitting a few gym sessions in too,

First congratulations on your weight loss. I've lost on average 2lbs a week on slimfast. I have been on the diet for over seven weeks and have lost 17lbs so far. Good luck with your weigh loss.
