What about some Tzatziki from 100 saucy secrets....
150g 0% fat greek yogurt
garlic
paprika
cumin
squeeze lemon juice
1/2 diced cucumber
2tbsp fresh mint
salt and pepper
mix all ingredients then chill till needed...
YUMMY! Free on both green and red
I also made my own version of a prawn sauce today with the yogurt, 1tsp very low fat salad cream, (1 SYN for 1Tblsp) splash of tabasco and paprika...
I ate a huge plate of salad with tiger prawns covered with the above dressing for my lunch and am still stuffed full now
