I weighed myself last week before starting on the 5:2 plan, and had lost 7lbs, so really wasn't expecting that significant 'first week' loss.

However, very happy to report that I lost 4lbs this week :stickdance::stickdance::stickdance::stickdance::stickdance::stickdance::stickdance::stickdance::stickdance:

So that's 11lbs gone forever, long way to go, but feeling great!
