If you can answer a few of my qwuestions it would be much appreciated

1. Do you run groups each week if so how successful do you find them, if not what system do you use to book people in each week and how long appointments do you book.
2. Do you get people to pre order from one week to the next?
3. What extra benefits do you offer apart from the code of conduct?
eg rewards ect

I am in a quandry as my numbers of clients have got the max for the nights i work and wonder what the best way is to go forward. At the minute i do individual appointments of 30 minutes each and work three nights. SO any help would be fab xx

I don't run a group as all my clients prefer the 1-1 meeting. I always allow 30 mins for each one. The first meeting is usually 1 hr more or less.

2. Do you get people to pre order from one week to the next?

Sometimes, but I have order form with everything listed and they put the quanity of packs they want by the side. I keep my stock in a separate room, so I take the forms and then I get their weeks supply of packs ready.

3. What extra benefits do you offer apart from the code of conduct?
eg rewards ect

I use my email alot also I give them my msn addy so when I am on line, which is usually most of the day. They can contact me anytime.

No one is interested in groups so I see everyone on a one to one basis. The first appointment takes about 1 of more and half hour is enought for follow up appointments.

2. Do you get people to pre order from one week to the next?

Yes pre-order for the next week. It is less time consumming than doing it on the day. I have time to get items in stock and it also stops me over ordering and being left with things that don't sell. Plus I need a clear head to work out them different prices. This seems to work for me and the client.

3. What extra benefits do you offer apart from the code of conduct?
eg rewards ect

I speak to all my client a minimum of once a week and email them any new or interesting info when I have it.

I run groups, though mainly cos I live in the middle of nowhere!!
I now have three different locations and see anything from 3 people (new class!) to 30 (1 year on next week!)
I do miss the 1-1 side of it with the groups but it seems to work for most of my customers. They get to know the 'quieter' times if they want to chat more, though I find I'm trying to keep them talking and they want out the door  I do see folk at my home too - i usually allow a half hour appointment, with an hour for new starters. Again - I find that everyone has a different support requirement and we fit in as needed :D
2. Do you get people to pre order from one week to the next?
for the classes, I get them to email or call ahead as I can only take a limited stock to the classes (I'm an hour away from each location )
I also take 'new starter boxes' ready made with a mix of all the flavours, plus my 'swaps' box with a handful of each flavour for any that want to change about......

benefits?? I give smily faces for their green cards for every stone, is that what you mean?? All my ladies that have reached goal have had a bunch of flowers delivered to say well done. I sometimes do challenges - a bit like on here, and the last one, all those that achieved their targets I gave a prize too... this time it was the water bottles and drawstring bags.... next time it depends on how many are close and how much 'stuff' I've got in
