Extra Easy: syns take away portions

hey all,
am going to be away for a week doing courses for my beauty therapy.
i have breakfast and lunches all planned and under control as am taking my george foreman to toast my hex etc.

on an evening we are planning to get a couple of take aways and i have studied the syns so feel ok about this

i may take my scales to measure the portions, are they typically per 350g?

It depends on what you are having, the portion size varies from dish to dish but can be found on syns online.
