Extra Easy: Tapas best option?

Were going out to a tapas restaurant tomorrow night. Any idea on best options for staying on plan? Xx

Avoid the very obvious like deep fried i.e. croquettas. There is usually some options of bean and chicken dishes with tomato sauces which are usually delicious and also I think must be lower in syns. Hope it helps. X
