I everyone, just a little bit about me, my names leanne I have a year and a bit before I hit 40. I recently moved back to my home town, after a break up with my husband. Anyway I had to book in with a GP who insisted in giving me a medical!!! Well that consisted of a colossal weigh in at 24st 0.5lbs!!!! I was heartbroken, the last time I got on a scales I was just under the 20 stone mark!! Admittedly it was a few years ago, I have gone up 2 dress sizes, and I look a lot bigger, but somewhere deep down I thought I still weighed that amount.
I have always been big, not massive, I got married at a size 16, not long after had my first child, and then slowly over the years the weight crept on. My husband reassured me he loved me and I stayed happy in my own little cocoon.
So the GP has prescribed weight-watchers?? I work for the nhs and this was news to me! I have to be honest I feel to ashamed to attend a class, so I sorted online subscription, and I started yesterday!! I have a mammoth 53pp! When I was reading through your diary's I was stunned I have double what some have!! I am totally new to this plan, I have never followed before but I am determined to give it my all!! I have a family wedding the beginning of may, and I know I am in for the long slog, but it would be amazing if I could have shifted a stone or two!!
I have decided to keep a diary so there will be accountability x
 
Meals for the day

Breakfast
Hot water and lemon juice (read somewhere it's good for you so why not)
Oats so simple apple and blueberry pot 6pp

Mid morning snack
Ww Greek yogurt 2pp

Lunch jacket pot with tuna mayo sweet corn with a side salad 14pp

Dinner
Shepard's pie with peas and gravy worked out at 15pp

Now this works out at 37pp I have 16pp left, I am working the night shift, and toast with butter is the norm!! And loads of coffee, I will have 2 toast with a little lurpak and a sliced banana and x 5 coffee so with milk that comes to 12pp have some left over but going to not use and try to plan much better tomorrow!! I want out of the toast habit x
 
Food looks great! Try to take it a day at a time and set small goals. Night shifts are hard...that toast always tastes so good!! I take a few wee cereal bars like alpen light (2pp) or ww cakes to eat with my coffee instead.
 
Hey subscribing if you don't mind. I used to hate night shift, so hard to eat normally when you are sleeping and waking at all the wrong times. Definately planning is the best way. Best of luck on your journey

Well the night shift was so busy I missed out on the toast!! Not a massive issue. Time for some shut eye and 2 days off to actually plan and get some healthy food in x

Today has been about planning and lists! Think a little OCD has crept in. But if it helps me get to where I would love to be I am going to work with it.

That makes 41 pp I still have 11left?? I am convinced I am in way to many points, I have double checked! I assume it's because I am so overweight and I am really tall?

Will have a hot choc made with milk before bedtime to use the rest up x
 
It is going down really well, so far it does not feel like a diet, I am eating tasty food and plenty of it. But know it's not that easy, if it was I would never have got to this weight x

Food looks great! Bought the chilli Philadelphia today myself so gonna try it in pasta this week :) it is surprising how satisfied you can be whilst losing weight!

I do think you need to try and eat all your points if you can, you are given that amount for a reason.
I'm 5.5 tall and starting weight was 22st 9lb and I started on 48pp embrace them whilst they are there!! Xx
