Step 1 Sole Source + Day 2

Hi guys

I am a busy mum to 3 kids age 19,14 and 11. I work as a midwife. Iv gained 4 stone over the last three years since I met my husband. Am desperate to get back in my lovely dresses. I'm on day 2 today on sole source plus. Can't believe how hard it is. I wish the devil that constantly chatters away inside my head would go away. Missing a glass of wine in the evening too.
