Hey everyone!
I've just started up slimming world again, but am doing it from home this time. It's my second day, and normally I'm really unprepared. This time, I've pre-cooked chicken breasts and left them in the fridge and have plenty of low syn and syn free snacks to pick at when I'm peckish so I don't fall off the wagon! I have 5 1/2 months till I go to Australia, and until September till I move to France and Spain for a year . Totally determined this time as I've got something to aim for. Any tips and recipes you guys can give me would be great! Thanks
