Nairns cheese oatcakes

Does anyone know the syn value please for Nairns cheese oatcakes. I have just tried one at work and they are delicious. I can find the syn value for a plain one (2) but I'm guessing the cheese one will be higher. Thanks

You can work . them . out using the calories on the box. 1 syn for every 20 cals
