hi have just bought these in tescos can anyone let me know what the syn value for these are?

Loads of sugar. I would suggest using 1 syn per 20 calories. That would be five and a half syns for a 30g serving.

The raspberry malt wheats are listed as 17.5 syns per 100g and they also have a raspberry wheats (same?) listed at 6 syns per 35g so what anna says stands.
