Asda reduced calorie king prawn linguine (frozen)

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows the Syn value of the above. There are only 290 calories per pack, it has prawns, tomatoes, linguine (pasta) etc. i was hoping it would be a HE or a smart syns meal.

Can anyone help please.

According to Syns Online, a 350g pack has 2½ syns on EE and Original (8½ on green).
