Hi everyone

Decided to give the SW rice pudding a try. It was soooo lovely. In fact I thought that it didnt really need the vanilla mullerlight. So now I have hot SW rice pudding over bananas with a tiny bit of sk milk for breakfast every day. It really fills me up.............Now I'm wondering that surely something sooooo lovely cant be a free food. Please please someone reassure me it is. (I am doing SW from home so I cant ask a SW consultant).

Thanks ... and fingers crossed. :D Oh - forgot to say, I'm following EE.

Well how are you making it?

I'm using 3 parts water to 1 part pudding rice. Cook/simmer until gooey and all the water gone then adding some sweetener (splenda). Add this to a chopped 'nana, a tiny amount of sk milk and a sprinkle of nutmug. Hope I'm doing it right.

It's free BUT I think eating stuff like this for desserts can't really be helping weight loss. I have made it in the past but had it for breakfast with my third superfree in the bowl, and it's tasty, filling and convenient cos can make it the day before. But I wouldn't have it as desserts or snacks. If you're having it and still losing weight then just enjoy it :)

Another fantastic rice pudding home made completely free is rice, then pour over about half bottle of asda sugar free cream of soda cook untill thickened then remove stir and add 2 fat free vanilla and choc mullerlight into it delicious hot or cold.. yummy :)
