I does anybody know the sun value of the small bars of Aldis Chocceur bars? Thanks x

Chocolate doesn't have any free food allowance, so allow 1 Syn per every 20 calories.

Hi,

25g is about 7 syns, depending on the flavour. Ones with nuts are 7.5 syns and fruit and nut is 6.5 syns.
