Kebab syns?

It's my first week on sw and I don't really want to eat out but my friends are doing a gathering. Could anyone tell me up to date syn values for donner kebab and chicken kebabs?

I know neither of them are great but I think chicken kebab would be the better option?

Its not really that bad!
You could save some syns by ditching the pitta bread and chips and the salad will be a great SF .x.x.

No, as it says meat only that is only the syns for the meat. The salad would be free, syn any sauce, chips, bread that is added

There is, Its really tasty too, I would definitely recommend it If you like a kebab when youve had a drink its a great thing that you can make before you go out and then have it ready for you getting in (salad prepared) all you need to do is scoff it

Instead of eating out I made the sw donner kebab, much healthier and even tastes like the takeout!

Does anyone have the recipe for the SW donner Kebab

Syn free!

Ingredients
500g/1lb lamb lean mince
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or 1 small finely chopped Onion)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 teaspoon minced/crushed Garlic)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon plain flour - Optional (but will help it not to dry out)

Directions
Put everything in a large bowl and knead, mix, squish, mash and generally use the mixture as stress ball until everything smooth and has no air pockets.
Optional: Put it in a food processor and blend

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place on a fine wire rack

Put a pre-heated oven for 1 hour:
Fan assisted: 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4
Normal: 170C/325F/Gas
