PLEASE HELP first week and no weight loss !

I started on Monday and I still havnt lost any weight is so disheartening when you can read every body else loosing half a stone plus I promise I havnt even cheated once and I have been doing exercise so what am I doing wrong I'm gutted !!
 
Hi Jade, please don't be disheartened and do stick with it, you may be surprised on Monday. It may be because of your body in that your diet start has been at the same time as a monthly fluctuation of your hormones, or could it be dodgy scales?

Id if leave it the full week and see how you go and if you've still not lost then you'll have a whopping loss in week 2!
 
Hi Jade, stay away from the scales for at least a week... I weighed after 4 days and I'd only lost a lb but after a week I'd lost 7lb.

It may well be your body trying to adjust along with the exercise your doing increasing weight whilst your body is adjusting to the exante diet.

Try not to be disheartened, stick with it and it'll all come good xx
 
Thanks so much for the reply's i will carry on doing it at least until Monday and wont weigh myself again until then, a new update now is that i have a very bad upset stomach sorry for the over share but maybe your right and this is just my body trying to get used to it or maybe iv'e got a bug anyway i will persevere until Monday and update you all then....Thanks guys xx
 
Are you drinking enough fluids Jade. That really does impact on the weight loss too. As everyone has said, stay off the scales & those few more days will make all the difference.

Well done for sticking with it, and congrats on a great weight loss!!

As said above water intake does impact on weightloss a lot, the more i drink the more i lose.
