Bad tummy!

How can I put this mildly? For a few days I wasn't able to 'go', and now I have the opposite problem. I really worry because every time I drink or have a pack I rush to the loo and it just goes right through me!

I'm concerned that I'm on negative calories today, as nothing can be staying in my system for long enough to be absorbed, and I feel really weak and dizzy. I don't have a counsellor yet because I'm using up packs from an old diet first (still in date, pretty new!) but I will be switching to CD as soon as I can.

I've been thinking whether a couple of days of SS+ might be the answer, but I'm concerned that I'm trying to rationalise a decision I'll later regret! Even if I am taking no calories in, that's not damaging if it's just a couple of days, is it?

Don't know what I should do! :confused:
 
I had a mega dizzy spell and didn't want to resort to a shake because of the side effects. Ate some plain tuna, zero carbs so I should stay in ketosis. I've only had one pack too, so I don't feel bad about it.
 
SS+ shouldn't have much effect on your weight loss. I think I will be changing to it in a couple of weeks. Did 12 weeks of SS+ last time with great results.
 
I had a really dodgy tummy too, like REALLY dodgy!! Think it was either me detoxing & my body getting rid of all the packs, but more likely an intolerance to something in the packs. I've changed to the lactose free packs & have been much better x
 
I'll bear that in mind if it continues! I had a lot if water today, and haven't been to the loo for over a week so hope it's just that!
 
Try some fibre, I use psyllium husk and it keeps me regular, makes me feels better that I go everyday!

I have IBS so not going to the loo more than once a day is one positive of not eating much.

I used the powder last time to thicken soups up, it doesn't taste of anything. This time I have the capsules, both have the same effect.
 
I'll need the capsules I think, I'm doing the tetras. I'm going to get some bars as well and see if eating something solid helps. I put on half a pound this morning, which is ridiculous! I'm hoping it's water retention from salty tuna, it's not fair otherwise! I can't have put on any fat when I've had less than 500 calories, surely?
 
I wouldn't beat yourself up over half a pound, weight fluctuates.

The capsules I bought say 3 nr twice a day, I take 3 nr per day and things move!
 
Must say the bars usually make my tummy funny (more toilet trips!) so I try to avoid them for this reason...
