Having just re-joined weight watchers and starting with the Simple Start plan, I thought it would be a good idea to keep a diary on here. Mainly so you guys can keep me on track and make sure on doing it right!

Day 1 (Sunday)
B- 2 kingsmill crumpets, 2 fried eggs and beans
L- 2 warburtons brown thins with tuna & sweetcorn mixed with fat free natural yoghurt.
D-Spag Bol made with ex lean mince and wholewheat spaghetti
Treats-2 Jaffa cakes & WW bar

Day 2 (Monday)
B- 1 warburtons brown thin, 2 fried eggs and beans
L- 2 warburtons brown thins with tuna & sweetcorn mixed with fat free natural yoghurt.
D- Homemade chiili & jacket potato
Treats - 2 Jaffa cakes & WW bar
