Hi im planning on doing Pasta with Veggies and using 6 fresh tomatoes blended for the sauce would this be classed as free food?

Yup, totally free. SuperFree in fact

It's only fruit that gains a Syn value when blended / cooked. It is fine to blend / puree vegetables.
