HI My names Dave been loseing weight for about 10 months now
lost about 4 1/2 stone so far
im big chap more to go lot more
but getting there
seen lots of things to try on here been runnig out of meal ideas
dont go to any group been doing on my own
my wife goes to slimimg world so have done a few things on there
