Morrison's cafe

Hi

Been to Morrison's cafe and had chilli in a jacket spud. Come home and checked the syns and its saying 10 1\2 syns!!!! I'm amazed and can't understand why as a portion of chilli there is 2 syns!!!!?

Any ideas why??

They probably use oil to cook the mince and the mince will be "regular" and not "Extra Lean". Was there butter on the jacket?? Maybe the jacket potato was cooking in something high syn?

If I have a jacket out, I always ask for the jacket to be on its own with no butter etc. Any filling except beans separately. There may be oil on the jacket when cooked, but not much. Beware any cooked .meaty toppng or cheese

Hmm, I understand your confusion. As a jacket potato with baked beans from Morrisons Cafe is free. And a portion of their chilli is only 2 Syns. So I wonder what makes it so drastically different?

Princess_Stevie that's what confused me!! I think I'll go with the 2 syn version. There was no butter on either and no oil on the spud. X

I personally would go with 10.5 Syns, as although I can't understand it, that's what the website says! Although I like to be safe rather than sorry.
