Hi all welcome to my new diary, I have had a diary on here before 2 years ago in the simply filling forum, during this time I went from 13.6 to 10.5 in 6 months doing mainly simply filling with just 2 days propoints, but in the last 18 months I have regained all my weight back and after trying and trying to get back onto weightwatchers ive decided nows the time and I definitely need to loose the weight again... so this time ive decided to post on this section of the group as many fellow simply fillers have left the simply filling group plus im gonna b doing much more propoint days this time and I could really use as much support as I can get!!!

So anyway my start weight is 13.8 and I hope to firstly get to 10st, my nhs ideal weight is 7.7 but I feel that may b a little too low, so once I get to 10st I will re-evaluate depending on how I look and feel.

So far im doing well food wise but starting to feel light headed and shaky, tho ive eaten plenty so far!! Hopefully it will pass, not great when ur driving tho!

Will put my days food up when ive had all Im eating today :-D

Here to support, I'm sure you'll do great! Your right 7.7 does sound very low. It isn't about numbers, it is about how you feel :)
 
I dont really get how they can base what u should weigh on one chart for everyone, im only 5ft but im not a petit build either so 7.7 sounds stupidly low for me, when I got to 10.5 I could see my collar bones coming through and I was a 10/12 but I still felt fat, so im thinking 9st could possibly b my lowest, thats if my body will let me go that low, I couldn't seem to get past 10.5 for a couple months and that was the reason I gave up in the end

So my oh has come home asking for Chinese, ive already used 19pp so im gonna have a chicken chow mein and point it as 18pp so that means I will b using 11 weeklies which is more than I really wanted for my first day but im sure I will b ok for the next 6 with 38 weeklies, thats still loads!

So we dint have much in today so ive had to use a few extra points, we had green milk instead of red, thick bread instead of medium, full fat clover instead of clover lighter, so thats 4pp I would have not normally used :'( gotta go shopping!

And I cant believe the cuppa soup was 4pp it was a creamy veg one with croutons tho! I suppose I dint have to have it but I fancied something to warm me up and dunk my sandwich in :-D

So im quite proud of myself today although I had chow mein that wasnt really planned I still stuck to plan, I could quite easily have had more from the chinese and gone over my pp and my oh actually had indian so I could have had that but resisted so im feeling quite positive about today :-D

I might add an extra pp for milk as I want one later and that will b 4 cups of tea and although I haven't had a tonne of milk in them id feel better allowing 3pp for milk rather than 2pp so 37 weekiles left :-D

i totally disagree too with how they can work out what you should be from a chart! in my opinion u know ur body n what ur ideal weight should be! without looking ill!
 
Trust your OH to want Chinese in the first day of your diet. Lol

You did well though. Do you feel good? I always remember the first days back doing a diet I would always be starving but after a few days would feel fine.
 
Thankyou shez :-D yeah I feel fine purpled apart from my dizzy spell yesterday but I think it was in my head, because I was starting the diet rather than not having enough to eat! I did feel a little hugry b4 lunch yesterday but I guess thats what u naturally should b, they say eat when ur hungry. I woke up yesterday feeling really positive about starting back on my plan and I hope that's the sign of that click in my head which I had last time I lost all the weight :-D

You managed to fit a macdonalds a in and not go over your allowance. That's impressive. I always feel hungry after macdonalds and still want lots of other food. So good work.

I might buy some pears, you just reminded me I love them and haven't had one in ages.
 
Well 3pp over my 26 dalies, but thats not bad and I really enjoyed my salad for tea and im not hungry either so thats quite good as mc donalds doesnt normally keep me full for long.
