so week one is all done and I have only lost 7.5lbs, yes I know that its a good start but it feels a bit pants. I have a lot of weight to get rid of and when I did this diet before I lost 11.5 lbs in my first week. Just feel a bit down about it and I stuck to the diet, I did 4 packs for 5 of the days and on two of the days I added 100g of fish, didn't have anything else. Any ideas for week two?
