week 1 and only a 7.5lb loss gggrrrr

so week one is all done and I have only lost 7.5lbs, yes I know that its a good start but it feels a bit pants. I have a lot of weight to get rid of and when I did this diet before I lost 11.5 lbs in my first week. Just feel a bit down about it and I stuck to the diet, I did 4 packs for 5 of the days and on two of the days I added 100g of fish, didn't have anything else. Any ideas for week two?
 
emilyj, you have done well!! 7.5lbs in a week hun, DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED. It will come off, this is part of the reason why I am only weighing once per month, try on clothes. I bet you that you have lost inches, take pictures so you can compare monthly shots. whatever you do....DONT GIVE UP!

Try upping your water, the more you drink the more you shrink! try sticking with only packs for now, but seriously you did well. some weeks you will lose more, some weeks you will lose less, but the point is you are losing. remember we are women so sometimes we hold onto water.

you will go to the ball my dear...just stick with the diet x
 
I really wouldn't worry about that - 7.5lb is a fantastic loss! I had previously lost 10lb on my first week on SnS - however this week is my first week of a restart and I only lost 5lb. I know this diet works so I'm going to stick to it :)

ONLY?!?! The most I have ever lost in a week is 7lb!!!!
 
First week's lost is mostly water weight anyways, maybe you had less of it this time? Don't be discouraged :) congrats on your loss x
