Syn Free/Low Syn Dessert ideas for entertaining

I have friends coming over on Saturday and it's the first week of me being back on plan 100%, so I don't want to fall of the wagon by serving food that is high in syns. I'm going to do a roast chicken with either SW roast pots or hasselback spuds and plenty of veg, but my big dilemna is dessert. Does anyone have any really nice recipes they can suggest for non-SW people that I can enjoy too? Definitely nothing with quark in please! Also, has anyone made a pavlova meringue with sweetener in place of real sugar and did it turn out ok?
Thanks everyone!

I make a 2.5 Syn Tiramisu which is really yummy! My mam and grandad (who are not following SW at all) had one too and both really enjoyed it. My mam even said it might have been one of the best Tiramisu's she has ever had!

I mix together 1 pot of vanilla muller light yogurt and 1 small pot of Total 0% greek yogurt along with a cap full of vanilla essence and sweetener to taste. This mixture makes enough for two Tiramisu's.

Then for each Tiramisu I use two sponge fingers (2 Syns) and break them up into 3 pieces each, so you end up with 6 pieces (if you are making 2 Tiramisu you will need 4 sponge fingers broken up into 12 pieces, etc.)

For each Tiramisu, dip 2 of the little pieces of sponge into some strong black coffee. Place in the bottom of your serving glass and then top with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture and repeat so it ends up being sponge, yogurt, sponge, yogurt, sponge, yogurt.

Finally, use an options hot chocolate sachet to dust the top of the Tiramisu. I count 1/4 of the sachet (0.5 Syns) for 2 Tiramisu's (you really don't need a lot) and it really just finishes the dish off.

Leave them in the fridge to set, preferably overnight if possible.

I have made syn free meringues but find putting just 1-2 syns worth of sugar in makes them crisper and keep better.
