Hiya, I started VLCD on NYD so has my first WI today and am 10lb down

I have been using SetPlan and recently discovered it's the same as slim & save. I have bought a few slim and save packs from a selling page, loving the flavours so might be full time slim and saver soon!

Is setplan expensive? ive never heard of it, well done on your first WI, really gives a boost to keep you going

The box does say to make up with water but going by the carbs and research it's to be done with water
