Getting on ok thanks. I'm doing pro points but thinking I might do 2 weeks on simple start to hopefully get rid of 8lbs I gained over Xmas :( I'm a gold member but not for long if I keep going the way I'm going! Time to nip it in the bud

Lisalu, I am scared to try the simple start as when i did Slimming World before i didn't lose and it wasn't with eating too much, i was scared that i ate too much and i think it is very like that plan. I like the discover plan and know it works for me so just stick with it. x

Hi hun yeah im doing ok I started ww the middle of august and so far have lost 5st 1.5lbs still got another 4 stone to go tho.
I do the propoints plan and it works for me I don't think I'll try ss or h&f because I think I would eat too much I need to be in control of my portion sizes and point evertyhing.

I am determined to start walking lots but i had flu at christmas and have been very chesty since then and don't feel able just yet. I write everything on her. I always feel bad for having lots of points to use compared to others! I have saved a few points during the week and today and am having some crisps and chocolate and feel guilty! x
 
Dont feel bad obout having all your points hun thats what they are there for ant it won't be long before they start going down xx
