HERE WE GO!!!!

Ok, so I'm still very new at this and I've just worked out how to do the Food Diary (I hope).
I love to cook and get creative while cooking, so i hope that some of my meals inspire or at least look good enough to cook yourself.
My main reason for the Food Diary is to keep me focused.. Feel free to comment, ask for recipes etc..
 
Breakfast..
Small Jacket potato & Fat Free Cottage cheese. Salad Mix.
Banana.

Lunch..
Bacon, scrambled egg & Salad Mix

Dinner..
Steak with Brandy Sauce & Potatoes Lyonnaise
*Sirloin steak
Peppercorn
Capers
Beef stock
2 tsp Brandy
Garlic clove
Fat free natural fromage frais
Runner Beans
English Mustard powder with water..
Frylight
Thyme leaves
Salt
Baby New potatoes..

1/2 syn on Extra easy

Supper..
2 Weetabix and Milk *HE A&B

Snacks..
Small pack of Buttons
Skips.
