well here I am again did the diet back in march and lost 1/2 stone then just had the year from hell so gained it all back ............love looking at other peoples diaries so starting my own exercise>30 mins walking the dog

breakfast: fat free natural yogurt .banana.apple and 1tbsp honey (2syns)
dinner:bacon,linda macartney sausages x2 ,onions,tomatoes potatoes all done in the actifry and bloody
gorgeous
tea:chicken stuffed with light phili (hea) bacon bacthelors savoury rice peas and onions
snacks:mullerlight banana and strawberrys


not used heb not sure what to have yet

EE DAY shopping day fill up on loads of free food,been and got lots of healthy food exercise>30 mins walk
breakfast strawberries,bannana and ww greek style yogurt (0.5)
dinner: butternut squash chips fried onions and peppers
hea(milk)
snacks pickled onions and grapes,asda blueberry wheats (heb) and natural yogurt,crabsticks,honey tsp (2)
tea:pasta ham peas and fromage frais ) highlights (1)


going to save syns as im out for tea tomorrow so will have about 45 syns to play with

Friday EE
breakfast :bacon,linda m sausage mushrooms eggs and tomatoes (1) brown sauce:)
dinner:2 slice of brown bread (heb) crabsticks lettuce cucumber and a dollop of lf mayo(1)
2 apples milk (hea)
off out for tea will pick wisely
well been out for tea and omg the meal was out of this world tried to choose the best would love anyone to try and work syns out

pork fillet wrapped in parmas ham on a bed of mashed potatoes abd honey and ginger glazed with seasonal veg I have lots of syns left so should be ok
and 1/2 beer had 45 syns so just wipe todays off even though im not sure lol

breakfast :bacon,tomatoes,beans on 2 slice of brown(heb)
dinner:couscous veg stock red peppers cucumber and chicken apple and banana milk ?(hea)
planning on doing a quiche late will update
tea quiche done with ham peppers mushroom tomatoes and onions with lots of salad ligt mayo (2) fromage frais strawberries and 1tbsp highlights (2) rose wine (6) muller greek style yogurt (1) total 11 syns
jumped on the scales only 3 rd day and showing a loss:)

dinner :couscous red peppers cucumber tomatoes and veg stock
omg im stuffed tea:gammon sw chips mushrooms egg peas red cabbage and picalli 2 mullerlight greek style (2) pear

not been on updating my diary but pleased to say I have lost 2.5lb will be back on soon :)
 
Wednesday EE
Breakfast :fromage frais mixed with highlights(2) and 2 alpen lights (heb)
dinner to take to work :couscous veg stock cube,cucumber,tomatoes,ham and onions
tea sw chips beef burger done with extra lean mince and mushroom sweetcorn and red cabbage was bloody lovely was naughty and finished up having some nutella so syns used for the day

BREAKFAST:eggs beans and tomatoes
dinner :rice,biled egg and slmon mixed together was very nice
