Moving up plans confusion

I am under BMI + 1 stone and my counsellor said I could SS till goal but should I not be working through the plans now?

Do I go onto 790 or should I do AAM first?

Hi Weepoppet,

Erm upto you I guess. I would say maybe try and do AAM and then you are supposed to move upto 790.Speak to your CDC and ask thier advice.
