Oooophh that's tough! I'd need to walk out and about to reach the local corner shop so don't have that temptation and since getting back on plan have tried to be good - but as it's only me in my 'office' now, if a box of Jaffa Cakes happen in to my basket on a Lidl shop, they mysteriously disappear very quickly!! xx

LOL. Funnily enough its only tough when my willpower is at a low anyway. When I'm in the right frame of mind I can walk past every bit of temptation with ease!
PS Jaffa Cakes are the work of the devil - cake and chocolate and biscuit in one, and addictive!! They were definitely designed by a thin person who never had to worry about their weight.

Actually, that's very true about walking past temptation - admittedly the jaffa cakes jumped into the basket pre me being back on plan! xx

Hi, I work from home 3 days a week as I'm self employed but go to one of my client's offices 2 days a week to work from there. I find it easier to stay on plan when I'm at home most of the time but I find if I'm having a bad day it's easy to feel tempted because there's no one there to see! Only restarted on Monday though and I've managed 100% so far so quite happy with that. Just hope the scales agree next Monday!
