panicked

I haven't weighed in 4 weeks last weigh in I was 3lb heavier then when I started now I'm dreading it... I've been quite good but not perfect mmmm:jelous:
 
The important thing is to go and get weighed. You never know, it might not be as bad as you think.

The weight is still going to be there if youre at group or at home. The best place to be is the place that can empower and inspire you to get back on track, most people struggle at this time of year. You'll be in a room filled with love and support, no judgement or ridicule and will come away feeling amazing and looking forward to getting back on plan :)
 
I agree with Abi, its best just to go and get it out of the way. We all fall a bit off the wagon at some point and besides it might not be as bad as you think. Good luck :thumbup:

You wont necessarily gain on a star week, Ive lost 4 lbs TWICE on star week! I tend to choose that week to do success express or lower my syn intake (not crazy amounts but maybe I will stick to around 8)

Hot chocolate is a life saver for me if you like chocolate at such a delightful time. Aldis own is my favourite and only 2 syns per huge sachet.

Don't panic - you weigh whatever you weigh, and avoiding the scales won't change that, but stepping on the scales and seeing the number is likely to give you the spur on you need to get back on plan :) Good luck! x
 
Well... I lost 2lb :D yes its over 4 weeks... but 3 of those I didn't do any SW stuff at all! and it inc christmas... so 2lb is friggin amazing :D

has it spurred me on HELL YEAH! I have had my WI treats... but it was 3 chocolate snack a jacks and a freddo! and dinner is SW chips and egg lol

Makes me want to do a lil dance lol
