5 days in and 6lb lost :)

Hi all, great forum and long time lurker here. Ive never done a VLCD before and im now 5 days in and have lost 6lbs, first few days were very tough for me and i almost gave in but once I hit day 4 my appetite completely changed and now im seeing progress on the scales im more willing than ever to stick to it.
 
yeah wasnt really expecting any major results so quick , so now im addicted :) and more committed x
 
I never thought I would last long either, but hav lost 5 stone since end of may. Hav been off exante since begining of dec, as I needed a break over xmas. I went mad re meals out (and wine lol) and the chocs, but am now back on track since wed.

ok so im back sorry girls been really busy over the past week travelling up and down the country, anyway i switched to a shakes only plan this week and have lost a further 6lbs, plus ive been running around like a mad woman lol, im finding the shakes pretty easy and really convenient to do but im more than happy as my total weight loss to date is now nearly a stone x
 
Thats really good well done. I have lost 10 pound in three weeks doing ideal weight. The reason i love this is because you dont have to have 4 packs a day and the coaching is great too. Its not expensive either. Just a few more stone to go
 
Woo well done :) I'm on day 3 of Cambridge and still feeling surprisingly good, don't think i'm in ketosis yet, had some craving but not really hunger just my general want want want thoughts! I am resisting the urge to weigh before the 1 week mark!
 
im on the shake the weight diet im on day 3 today so far i have lost 2 pounds i stuggling abit today though but no i need to keep going
