Quorn on simply filling, and popcorn?

Hi all ?,

Have found the American list for simply filling that shows all quorn is unlimited as is airpopped popcorn (or 94% ff microwave popcorn). Does anyone know if this is the same as the uk version?

Just had big operation so can't get to classes to ask ATM, plus due to sick leave am trying to save money.

This lists air popped popcorn and the Quorn stuff. Is it the right list?

Hi Hun, no I got my list from the American WW site and it's their simply filling start list, am assuming the list above is filling foods which isn't the same as the simply filling list?

I was hoping someone had access to the simply filling list, to query if we can have the popcorn (I doubt it but ever hopeful) or quorn.
