Losing what i've gained.

I did so well before, lost a load, then i got bored and stopped. However, I want to start a family and I need to do what would be best for baby so I'm losing again.

Target is 16 stone by my 29th birthday in 2015.

*sigh* here's hoping i can stick to it this time.

Only day 2 and already struggling, i'm *ravenous*.

Unfortunately my portion control is what causes me problems and i know from past experience that after a while i won't get as hungry but right now i could eat the sofa! You know, a bit of salt, sprinkle of garlic powder. Yummy!

I've just discovered a can of soup at 17 cal per 100g and i think i'm going to have that, if nothing else the liquid should keep me feeling full.

I've been trying to resist by drinking big glasses of water when i get hungry but, i despise water, it tastes nasty to me, even filtered or bottled. so i can't say i'm enjoying it much.

I need to find some things i can eat a ton of for as little calories as possible, my go-to has been rice cakes for the last couple of days, topped with peanut butter, sliced chicken & low fat creme fraiche, a little low sugar jam, marmite that sort of thing.

I've just found out that bovril is only 22 cals a mug, i always crave meaty things, meat and carbs are my weaknesses, maybe that will help me. Must buy some tomorrow.

Good luck! I find it takes a while to get back into it but it'll soon feel easier. I'm going to start trying harder too as of tomorrow, new term new beginning and all that. I'm a serial dieting failure but this time I'm going to do everything it takes to make it a way of life, not just a phase!

Home made soups and veggie curries are some of my favourite low calorie meals. And what about sugar free squash? I find that helps me to drink more and it's almost calorie free.

good luck you will get there bread is my downfall so staying away from it
