If you could all post on this page so I can get a rough guide to weekly loses this would be a great help thanks guys xxxx
 
The first week I lost 9lbs the next was 4 then 4 3 leading to 21 pounds in about 4 weeks. Christmas I ate like a horse unfortunatley no Hay just junk. So I put on about 7lbs in 2 weeks!! Starting again today having a warm chocolate shake. The first 3 days are the hardest make it over the 3rd day and its get easier.
 
The average weekly loss for women is 3-4lb, but it's never really that consistent. Sometimes you'll only lose 2, other times you can lose 5 or more! It seems that the heavier you are, the more you lose each week. The first week you lose the most because of water weight that is lost, and you may find that you don't lose as much when it's time of the month because of water retention. Here's my weekly losses so far:
Week 1:- 8 lb
Week 2:- 2.5 lb
Week 3:- 4.5 lb
Week 4:- 1.5 lb
Week 5:- 4 lb
Week 6:- 2.3 lb
Week 7:+ 2 lb (I ate over xmas)
Week 8:- 3.2 lb
