Hi Dollyrocker.

I'm on herbalife too. I lost about a stone on it the month prior to Xmas and have been using it here and there since Xmas.
Want to start back 100% tomorrow as soon as the kids are back at school.
I love the products, the shakes are so lovely...not keen on the tea mind.

How are you doing?

Ooh and we have very similar weights to lose too. I Have about 60 pounds to lose but will weigh in officially tomorrow morning.
Can't wait to get back on plan, I feel very bloated and windy at the moment x

I like the shakes & the tea.

Mind you it did take a good 3 or 4 cups before I could drink it without grimacing!

Right we are back on it 100% from tomorrow, let's check in on here daily so we have someone to share this experience with.

Definitely. I will probably open a progress diary to keep me accountable too.

Haha, will drink the tea if I'm really desperate.
I'm a coffee drinker really but I'm advised not to really drink it on this plan, I did however have 2 or 3 cups a day and it didn't affect my progress.

I am still quite new to it.

Drink lots of water & try to avoid fizzy juices.

That's what someone told me!

Hi gemalinaboo,

I try to space my shakes and snacks out well so I'm never hungry. Drink about 2 litres of water. High protein snacks and a colourful evening meal.

Sometimes I add fruit to the shakes to bulk it out, depends how I feel.

Good luck. Have you done Herbalife before?

Hi Guys,

Just started herbalife (first time). Got the stuff last week but feel like im not doing well at controlling my eating.
I did Cambridge diet last June and lost 2 stone in a month but it was sole source which means 3 shakes a day only and no meals! It was sooooo tough but worth it.
This time round with herbalife as i am allowed to eat on it , i feel like i cant control what i eat and portions (especially having a boyfriend who can eat anything and still stay skinnny)! Grrrrr! So i was thinking about doing the same kind of plan on herbalife only having my shakes and see how i get on........
Just looking for a bit support!

Hey,

I am not sure you can do just 3 shakes but you could try it.

I have 2 shakes & make sure to track it all on my fitness pal so that I stay within 1200 calories a day including my shakes & my meal.

It works for me that way.
