Diary to keep me on the long road ahead!

I have decided public declarations may be the thing to keep me on track!

5 years ago I lost 6.5 stone following weight watchers and kept it off until my 2 pregnancies. Since then there has been lots of excuses and lots of eating, only myself to blame, and here I am needing to start all over again.

I've chosen Slimming World as I feel it's healthier for my family and want to set positive food examples to my children. I want to be the healthy mum that they deserve.

So tomorrow I'm joining a class and my long journey will begin, I'm keeping a diary for my own benefit to keep me on track and help me get to my end goal step by step.

Thank you. My 10 month old has been up with a sickness bug since 4am and although I'd really like to catch up on sleep I will make sure I go and join the meeting first!
 
Feeling off to a good start, joined this morning and I am the exact weight as when I started my weight loss before losing 6.5 stone. Very disappointing but the highest number I'll see again!

Didn't get back until 11 am so I had brunch - bacon, LM rosemary and red onion sausages, spaghetti, egg, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.

Now cooking dinner of roasted cod with tomatoes and peppers, pan fried cabbage and leeks and spring onion mash.

Still with a HEB and all my syns to spare! Not sure why I ever give up food optimising, it's so filling!!
