Hi all, I'm new to slimming world and this forum.
I've made a pact/competition with my mum to each get to a healthy weight. To make it a friendly competition we've decided that the person who loses the most each month gets to choose a non-food related treat (e.g. Cinema).
I'm a busy mum of 2 small people (a 3 year old little boy with complex learning and physical disabilities and a 6 month old little girl) so not alot of time for myself (esp when I go back to work full time in March).
So here goes...

Starting weight as of today is 14st 4lbs.
Goal weight is 10st.
Interim goal is to try to lose 2st before returning to work on March 3rd.
 
Day One
B- 2 bananas and a muller light yoghurt
L - Roast chicken, roast pots, veg, gravy (1 syn) and toffee meringue (no idea of syns!).
T- Salad, chicken, three slices of cheese and tomato flatbread and 2 pieces of garlic bread.

Lots of syns today but we were at the in laws for new years day. Onwards and downwards tomorrow!

Day Two

B- 2 slices of wholemeal toast (hexb) with baked beans and a banana.
L - jacket potato with 30g cheese and salad.
T - pasta with homemade veg sauce and 30g parmesan.

Btw, I can have up to 5 hexa as I'm breastfeeding :)
