flabby legs & tummy

Unfortunately, apparently, there are only two things for it - lots of exercise or liposuction (which I would defo have if I won the lottery lol).
 
I would have that and a lot more. Where do I start - tummy tuck, breast uplift (not enlargement though am a 36B and that's ok), liposuction, laser eye surgery think thats about it. My finance know I want all that and he is fine with it - obviously only if we won the lottery and if he got his dream car first - lol.

Well I suppose I better get on with my work.

definitely do leg lifts...lifting your leg up so that it meets your waist line and touching your toe...your working out your abdomen and leg muscles at the same time
 
Walking, walking and more walking is the answer. It really works
