hiya all,

just got back from my first real weigh in. I lost a pound so from drop in on monday ive lost 7lbs. Might not sound uch but its a whole half stone gone and never to be seen again. chuffed! )

Yay loving the support. Told my LLC about this forum, she thinks its a good idea and has had a wee look. A few members also said they may pop on. I think everyone on a VLCD should at least visit. hugs and happy thursday/friday wishes for all xxxx

You will do Kas. i know in the begining is hard, but it does get better trust me. Actually wokeup 2day feeling positive for the 1st time in god knows how long. And when the weight starts to come off its a fab feeling. Hang in there hun and watch the pounds just melt off.
