Just wondering

Does anybody know what catorgary of excercise Natalie Cassidy's new DVD would come under?

I'm adding my excercise routines to an online dairy and I can't find "workout DVD" in the list. Basically, its just 50 mins of punching, jumping and crunches. Is this Body Pump? Or Intense dance? Or anything else? I'm a bit clueless :confused:

Sorry I can't help as I don't know the DVD - how about low impact aerobics?
