Ketosis starting on 790/810 ?

I know that if you go into ketosis on SS and then more on to the 790 / 810 plan you stay in ketosis.

What happens if you START on the 790 plan, will this put you into ketosis?

Thanks, would really appreciate your help.

hmm... a tough one!

On 790/810 you have more carbs. Theres a chance that you may not go into ketosis. Of course you may well do! Its a case of wait and see I think!

You dont necessarily stay in ketosis if you got from SS to 790 - I was out of it the day I moved up to 790.

Its mainly the milk that throws you out of Ketosis that I found. But you may find you stay in, I did!

Whilst on Atkins on less carbs but more cals I stayed in ketosis.

I have stayed in ketosis all the way through 790

I started on 790 and got into ketosis no problem. But, as others have said, everyone is different.

i have previously thought this about the milk. but what i now also wonder more is about SS+ as that now has milk in and does it not throw you out of ketosis? defeats the point of SS does it not?
