I know the official Line will be 'no', but can we get away with having these, are they the same as having chewing gum? I have chewed gum merrily since day 1, and sneaked one of OH's mints and they were lovely!
I looked at the nutritional content, and they have no sugar carbs in, only pololy ones or whatever they are.
Am I doing untold damage?
