I need help! .. my skin has become awful! ive got the hugest spot! ever! .. and my forehead and nose is all dry and flaky!

I dont normally suffer with my skin atall! any ideas why ? and whats the best thing to use for dry skin on face!

what do you all use? Im rubbish with cosmetic stuff !

I usually find that cocoa butter is best...Or possilbly that Norwegian stuff. It's really thick so so work wonders.

omg my skins gone the same.and im drinking 2lt water everyday now which i never did b4.wots all that about!!!
iv started using olay lol but might try that cocoa butter stuff too
xxxx

glad its not just me then! wonder if its somthing to do with toxins in your body being flushed out?!

are you taking suppliments? i take a multi vit and also a chewable vit c cos i like em!

No i dont take any suppliments! .. Im starting to notice my skin round my eyes is looking older now to so want somthing for that to! lol

well its true as you lose the wrinkles appear! its the fat that kept us wrinkle free:cry:seriously i thought i was a feak being wrinkle free for my age, but i now know it was the fat :cry::cry::cry:
a plastic surgeon said gain 30lbs for an instant face lift!

astral again, great for pumping up the skin around the eyes, its all i use, i swear by it. anti wrinkle creams dry the skin, i wouldnt recommend them.
