Tonight I made the beef bourguignon from this months SW magazine, and it was gorgeous! Only thing was, the cooking time wasn't enough, my carrots were still raw so I put it back in a deep pan and boiled it for another 10-20 mins until the carrots were tender, it helped reduce the gravy too and it was yummy!
I've got the creamy lemon and banana cheesecake chilling in the fridge too, i'll let you know how it is tomorrow when I try it! Looks yummy
