Tonight I made the beef bourguignon from this months SW magazine, and it was gorgeous! Only thing was, the cooking time wasn't enough, my carrots were still raw so I put it back in a deep pan and boiled it for another 10-20 mins until the carrots were tender, it helped reduce the gravy too and it was yummy!

I've got the creamy lemon and banana cheesecake chilling in the fridge too, i'll let you know how it is tomorrow when I try it! Looks yummy :)

Sounds delicous! Ooh the deserts sounds divine too!

Hi
I made the spicy quorn curry on Sat. night - it was delicious, a little tip it says quorn pieces and I had only quorn fillets to tear the fillets into pieces. I used frozen corn and it worked well.

Well the cheesecake is nice, but still tastes very healthy, it is nice and light though...don't know if i'd make it again, i'll keep making things and let you know if they're any good!

Had syn free chips tonight, yummy!

thats a shame about the cheesecake, I got the mazagine last night and thought I might try it

Yea shame about the cheesecake (something i love!). I made the chocolate cheesecake from the SW "100 Delicious Desserts" book at the weekend when i did lunch for my daughters - it was totally disgusting

In the evening mum cooked a family meal for us all. Did the Raspberry Crunch from the same book and it was just beautiful, thank goodness! :)

Thank goodness for that! I just bought the desserts book and was hoping for some good recipes. Our consultant made the yoghurt cake recipe and it was lush!

I made mousse last night with Quark, fromage frais and options hot choc.... was interesting. Not as bad as I thought it might have been. Edible but didn't really enjoy it.

Has anyone seen those little weight watchers mousse powders in sachets in the supermarkets? You whisk them up with milk and they make low fat mousses, the flavours are strawberry or butterscotch, don't know how many syns they are though?

Weight Watchers Chocolate Dessert Whip, made up as directed, dried 69g serving
Original 2 syns and Green 2 Syns

This is all I could find on the SW website
