Advice from counsellors please!!

My hubby is a newish counsellor at just under 9 months qualified, the problem is he has a customer who never turns up for appointments then expects him to rearrange at the drop of a hat and even though he never did appointments on monday evenings he made special arrangements for her last week and she turned up and said mondays work great for her so he said would see her mondays and again she hasnt turned up, no word from her or anything!! This is about the 6th time shes not shown and its so annoying she doesnt let him know!

The query we have is what is cambridges official line on this as to be quite honest shes testing his patience now!! Many thanks Sarah.

Either give head office a call tomorrow and ask to speak to Sarah and have a chat or if you want a more informal counsellor to counsellor chat then mail me directly --> [email protected]
