HiYa all,
Easy question this for you guys,
Fish - with or without the skin?
I'm planning on making foil parcels with just the fish and broccoli inside and then just put in the oven for 30mins or so.
Bit concerned that it may be a bit dry, I know you can use meat stock (that boulion stuff you all talk about), but can I had a little fish or veg stock ?
