Went to the O2 arena in London yesterday to see the Tutankahmum exhibition. The exhibition was cool but I have never seen so many cafes, restaurants and snack shops in one place, they were on the left of me, they were on the right of me...... every possible kind of food you could want. The worst thing was although I took my shakes with me, the flask leaked in the car on the way to London so I couldnt actually have them so I was starving! I can tell you I was sorely tempted to sneak a sandwhich, so soooooooo tempted. I even started on the "well I guess one wont hurt and I'll start again tomorrow" mumblings. Luckily I resisted but I cant tell you how much I am missing real food today......................!!

I am going to Egypt in Nov and hope to have a trip to Cairo to see Tutmankamans treasures were they good. I actually saw his mummy and tomb last Nov. He was really small.

Well done Saphho, i know they have the best restaurants there, all under one roof, thast fantastic! You should feel so proud of yourself. Bravo! xx What was the exhibition like? I went to Egypt last November and went to the Egyptian Museum and had a fantastic time, want to go back. Never got a chance to go to Luxor to see his tomb, so Ladylite u are lucky. Ladylite where will you be staying? I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh and did a day trip to Cairo (by air), it was fantastic.
I even stuck to my LighterLife diet 99.9% throughout my 2 weeks and lost 12 lbs whilst on holiday!

The exhibition itself was good, it was amazing to think how old those things were and the beautiful colours and artwork are still intact. They look like new. It was really interesting to get an idea of what he looked like and what a nice guy he seemed to be. The only bad thing was the queues and queues and queues! I went to Egypt a couple of years ago and saw his tomb. The best holiday I have had to date, it was really fascinating. Also my boyf was offered a herd of camels for me, he did give it serious consideration but then thought he best take me home with him!!

I don't live far from there, and all my friends want to go to that cinema etc... but I have told them I am not going until I can eat... then I will make a lovely evening of it So I will be at the o2 at some time during late summer!! Hopefully!!
