I have just finished reading Marley and Me

wow! what a lovely book very light hearted and it made me laugh and cry! Weve got a 9mnth old lab! who is mad! altho not as mad as Marley! (thank goodness) but some of the traits had me nodding in agreement! lol

Would definatly recoment if you like light reading and animals!

i love this book it made my laugh and cry .. hope the film does it justice.

I read this book on the flight to America last year. It made me laugh and cry and i cant weight for the movie.
My lab reminds me of Marley

If you loved Marley and Me, can I recommend From Baghdad with Love, it is another doggie based story and is a true account of how an American serviceman rescued dogs in Iraq ... it is such a lovely read, but be prepared with tissues

Just got back from the film....cried like a baby! The whole cinema was in floods!

I loved this book, and it made me want a dog even though I'm a cat person! The film wasn't as good, but books are always better than the film version.

I found that the film rushed the plot and some of the funniest/saddest scenes in the book werent conveyed enough in the film IMO. If you have read the book then like me you may be disappointed in the film. If you haven't read the book then it is still a good film. xxxxx
