Its day 2 for me, and Iknow everyone else is way into the plan.
I need all your help as day 1 sucked.
I'm about to have my breakfast of.....don't know yet but I shall make it up as i go along.
by the way, has anyone noticed how the tannins in tea and coffee leave a very nasty and metallic taste in your mouth now we can't have milk?
